George Salon is the Managing Principal of Salon Lending Group, where he specializes in private lending solutions, complex real estate financing, and strategic capital advisory for high-net-worth individuals, investors, entrepreneurs, and business owners.
With more than 25 years of experience in real estate finance, George has built a reputation for structuring sophisticated lending solutions that extend beyond conventional financing. Since entering the mortgage industry in 1998 and founding his own lending firm in 2000, he has worked with an extensive network of private lenders, institutional capital partners, and non-QM lending platforms to deliver tailored financing strategies for unique borrower profiles and investment opportunities.
Throughout his career, George has led mortgage operations, built and managed high-performing lending teams, and developed expertise across private lending, non-qualified mortgages, underwriting, credit analysis, and mortgage technology. His experience spans major markets including Miami, New York, Los Angeles, and Texas, giving him a broad perspective on diverse real estate and capital markets.
Known for his discretion, responsiveness, and relationship-first approach, George serves as a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex financing scenarios, helping them secure capital efficiently while preserving long-term financial flexibility.
A graduate of Florida International University with additional studies at Hunter College in New York City, George is fluent in both English and Spanish, enabling him to serve an international and multicultural clientele with confidence and precision.
