Not every applicant will qualify. Loan programs, interest rates, fees, terms, and eligibility requirements may change without notice. Actual pricing and terms depend on the applicant, property, transaction, market conditions, and other relevant factors.
An application is not complete until all required information and documentation have been submitted through an approved secure channel.
Licensing and Service Area
Mortgage services are offered only in jurisdictions where Salon Lending Group and the applicable mortgage loan originator are properly licensed or otherwise authorized.
Salon Lending Group currently identifies its service area as California, Florida, and Texas, subject to applicable license authority and product availability.
